These are the terms on which we supply our glowNest products to you (each one being a “Product”) when you purchase Products from www.glownest.com (“Website”).
Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order to us. These terms explain who we are, how we will deliver Products to you, how you or we can change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. You may wish to print these terms for your records.

3. Register an Account

You can register an account with us at any time.

If you do not accept cookies, we may need to cancel your account without notice.
When you register and/or purchase, you agree to provide personal information that we store and use according to our Privacy Policy.

 

4. Our Products

Products are designed and manufactured by glowNest.
Product images are for illustration only. Colour displays may vary by device and may not reflect exact Product colours.
Product packaging may differ from images shown on the Website.
Our Size Guide is standardised; we are not liable for fit issues. Clause 13 will apply if a Product does not fit.

 

5. Ordering

To order Products from our Website:

• Browse the Website and add Products to your shopping bag.

• Click “Check Out” after selecting all your Products.

• Fill in the required details, including payment and delivery information.

• Select your delivery option and complete your order.

• You will be redirected to a payment authorisation page for approval.

Approval of payment does not mean we have accepted your order. Your order will only be accepted once we receive it after payment approval.
Once accepted, we’ll email you an Order Confirmation with a reference number.
If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you by email and no charges will be made.
